Warehouse & Factory Handover Cleaning
CleanUp (كلين آب) cleans warehouses, factories and industrial buildings for handover: roof structures and ceilings at 6–10 m, beams, ducts, fire-fighting pipes and cable trays, then walls, doors, racking and fixed equipment, and the floor last. What does a warehouse or factory handover clean include?
- High level (6–10 m): ceilings, the underside of roof sheeting, steel structure, beams, purlins and light fittings.
- Services: ducts and diffusers, fire-fighting and sprinkler pipes, cable trays and conduits.
- Walls and openings: cladding, block walls, doors, roller shutters, dock levellers and loading bays.
- Fixed items: racking, mezzanines, handrails, stairs, and the offices and amenity rooms inside the building.
- Floors: dust removal, machine scrubbing of concrete or epoxy floors, and spot treatment of paint, cement and oil marks.
Why clean from the top down?
Dust on beams, ducts and cable trays falls as soon as anyone touches them. If the floor is cleaned first, the high-level work puts the dust back and the floor has to be done twice. We clean the structure and services first, then walls and equipment, and the floor last, so the building is clean on the day of the client's walkdown.
How does an industrial handover clean run?
- Site visit and scope: we walk the building, check heights, access, power and water, and agree the zones and programme.
- Method statement and risk assessment: work at height, access equipment, PPE and how we work alongside other trades.
- High level first: ceilings, structure, ducts, fire pipes and cable trays, zone by zone.
- Walls, doors, racking and equipment.
- Floors last: scrubbing and spot treatment.
- Joint inspection and photo report: we walk the zones with your team and close every cleaning snag before sign-off.

Do you work at height?
Yes. Ceilings and roof structures at 6–10 m are part of most warehouse and factory handovers. The work is planned in the method statement with suitable access equipment and a supervisor on site.

Riyadh is our base. We mobilise crews for industrial projects across Saudi Arabia, including the western region. Tell us the city and target handover date in your request.

What does it cost?
We price each project after the site visit and send a formal quotation within one business day. Area, clear height, the amount of dust and residue, installed services and the programme move the price. CleanUp is not the cheapest option; we compete on passing the handover the first time.
Frequently asked questions
Can you clean while other trades are still on site?
Yes. We sequence zones with your site manager and can work night shifts to keep out of other trades' way.
Do you clean machinery and production lines?
We clean the outside of installed equipment and the areas around it. Cleaning inside process equipment is agreed case by case with the equipment supplier.
Do you provide a photo report?
Yes: before and after photos per zone, to support your handover file and punch-list close-out.
