What does post-construction cleaning include?
Every line is written into the quotation against your bill of quantities and adjusted after the site walkthrough. The standard scope:

Does the quotation include machinery and consumables?
Yes. The quotation lists machinery specifications, consumables, manpower allocation and the timeline, so nothing is added later outside what was agreed.
What if the consultant raises snags during the inspection?
The final inspection is joint and room by room with your consultant or client representative; snags raised are closed before the completion certificate is signed.
