Yes, as an option added to the contract: a dedicated tea-boy for the premises, pantry attendants, and the supply of cleaning and restroom consumables to a written specification, so office administration does not have to manage the purchasing.
How is the contract managed day to day?
A dedicated bilingual project coordinator is the point of contact for building management or admin, and the crew works under a field supervisor. Do you work outside office hours?
Yes. Heavy work (floor scrubbing, exterior glass, steam sanitisation) runs on night shifts so staff are not disturbed, while light tasks stay within office hours where needed. We operate night-shift crews throughout the week.
How are annual cleaning contracts priced?
We do not publish prices. After a walkthrough of the premises, the price is built on area, the number of restrooms and pantries, service frequency, headcount and hours, consumables required and whether the work is at night. You receive a formal itemised quotation with manpower allocation within one business day.
